Summer 2006 Youth and Tennis sponsored 77 separate Boys and Girls singles tournaments. The results are tabulated into rankings which are then posted weekly. These rankings are based on the most recent five tournament results and overall win percentages. Statistics are also posted to encourage interest and motivation. Weekly tournaments include 11& under mixed boys and girls, Boy's Intermediate, Girl's Intermediate, Boy's Advance, and Girl's Advance tournaments. However, after two wins in the Intermediate tournaments the child may compete up in the Advance group matches.
Year end rankings are recognized.
USTA Tournament Play
All children must apply to the USTA for membership to enter USTA tournaments.
Discuss with your coach as to which tournaments would best benefit your child.
Youth and Tennis would appreciate the tournaments results to track the progress of your
child's tennis development with these outside events.

Group C2
This is our beginning competitive group. The children begin to use the tools taught to them in actual match play competition against their peers in a supervised, friendly and enjoyable environment.
Group C1 (Intermediate level)
This group of children have a good understanding of scoring, and are developing their own playing style. This group is comparable to the USTA level three tournament players.
Group D (Advance level)
Group D is our advance group competition and travel team players. This is a mixed group comparable to the USTA level one or two tournament type players. Competition is intense, where fitness is an essential part of succeeding at this level. Tournaments are played weekly at our facility and completed in one day. Our competitors may play up to three matches in one day, which also includes a practice workout of two hours before the tournament begins. Discussions with coaches on equipment, conditioning, technique, and strategy are constantly addressed.
